VUT/MA/78198 In the beautiful complex of Miraflores, this apartment is located in Jardin B Miraflores, a lovely gated urbanisation. Recently refurbished, for up to 6 people it is a well maintained property, with communal pool, bar and chill out area available.
On the first floor of a three storey building, the appartment is bright and has a fantastic view, the entrance leads to the living room with the kitchen, from the living room there is a bedroom, the second bedroom is separated by the bathroom from the living room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed, a flat screen TV and a kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge, dining table and all the necessary:
- toaster
- kettle
- coffee machine
- Bath towels and bed linen.
- Wi-fi and satellite TV
- washing machine
The rooms have a double bed with bedside tables, offering space and tranquillity. A bathroom with shower and washing machine, everything you need for a relaxing stay. There is hot and cold air-conditioning throughout the property.
The complex has free parking on site and is within walking distance to shops, the beach and the bus route to Marbella or Fuengirola.
32 km to Malaga airport.
We have an excellent taxi team who will pick you up and take you directly to the apartament (please ask for details), there are very good bus connections as well.
In the area there are small shops and restaurants. La Cala de Mijas is half an hour walk along the coastal path or less than 5 minutes by car.
For those who don't like walking we recommend renting a car.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden and pets are not allowed in Miraflores.
For check-in after 22:30 there is a supplement of 20 euros payable on arrival, after 00.00 it will be 30 euros.
Please note that by decree of water saving measures from December 2023, it is currently not permitted to refill the swimming pools or water the gardens. This will clearly affect the presentation of the gardens and may affect the use of the swimming pool, so please be understanding of these exceptional circumstances.
