Sun Property Los Cristianos S.L. is a legally registered company in the Mercantile Registry of Tenerife and is the owner of the trade name Sun Property. Under this brand, it focuses its activity on the commercialisation of tourist homes for rent within the scope of the Canary Islands, Spain and Italy, as well as the provision of additional services such as cleaning, additional welcome pack and excursions.
Sun Property is registered in the General Registry of Tourism of the Government of the Canary Islands with the identification number n. I-0004374.1 as a tourist intermediary, a necessary requirement to legally carry out the activity of rental of holiday homes in the Canary Islands.
On the other hand, the company has a Civil Liability insurance policy with Reale for a value of € 2,000,000.00 with which it is protected against possible claims from third parties for the exercise of its activity and that could give rise to financial losses.
Sun Property is a tourism company. Under a determined vocation, managing rentals of a villas or apartments, ensuring good experience whereby our clients enjoy personal attention and a level of services such as those they could enjoy in a hotel, without giving up the privacy and charm provided by renting a private villa or apartment.
We personally receive all our clients at the time of the arrival of their flight and we accompany them to the villa or apartment to show them the house and its facilities, and make sure that everything is to their liking. From that moment all our customer service staff is at your entire disposal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any service or assistance you may need.
IMPORTANT: We collaborate with the best laundries, all our bedding is treated with OXYGEN, disinfected and controlled by laboratory samples.
