The American style kitchen is equipped with: high quality utensils and crockery, new appliances such as, built-in
stainless steel microwave with grill, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.
The flat is also equipped with black out in all rooms. Including living room, air conditioning hot and cold, led lighting
under the cupboard (adjustable). Sofa with expandable divan and reclining headrests. Modern ceiling fans with

The Sunset View Parque del Conde flat is located in the Roque del Conde area, 2 km from the nearest beach
Playa Fañabe and Playa de Duque is one of the best areas in the south of Tenerife.
Tenerife South airport is only 18 km away.
The flat has its own parking space which we could provide to the clients who come with the vehicle.
In the area there are shops, restaurants, pharmacies and bars. The nearest supermarket is about 200 m away.
You can do a lot of activities like renting jet skis, visiting the whales and dolphins, being in the nature, visiting the
volcano Teide and much more!
