LUXURY VILLA CALETA
We offer this outstanding private villa situated right in front of the golf course Costa Adeje close to La Caleta village.
Included are a large heated pool, a jacuzzi, garden areas, tennis court, table tennis and barbecue. The villa itself is very
spacious, full of light, with modern and interesting interior. All bedrooms have private bathrooms and access to a
terrace. The upper suite has a small private kitchen and a terrace with amazing ocean view. Total relaxion with a real
sense of exclusivity.

You will find 4 bedrooms on ground floor level, with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen area on the upper level.
The kitchen is prepared for a self-catering stay, which includes among others:

- a wide selection of glasses, plates and cutlery

Note: as the villa is in a residential area please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
In case of damage , parties or disturbing noise outside the hours of silence, the security deposit will be retained.
We will meet you in person for check in, please noe that for check in after 22.30 the late check in fee applies (20€).
Please do not leave the key in the door as we will not be able to open and you will be liable for the call out for the
locksmith.
