Located on the first floor of a three storey building, as you enter your eyes lead to the view across Calahonda and down to the sea below.
There is a spacious dining area and a comfortable living room, set up with Smart TV, international channels and excellent internet connection. The living room opens to the generous terrace where you will find an outdoor dining set as well as a selection of sun loungers to enjoy. It overlooks one pool below and is surrounded by greenery.
The terrace also connects to the master bedroom with large double bed and en-suite bathroom.
Next to the bathroom is the guest bathroom, leading to the guest bedroom with day bed that can open as two single beds or large double. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with hangers and plenty of storage.

Please note that by Decree for water-saving measures from December 2023, pools are currently not permitted to be topped up and gardens cannot be watered. This clearly will affect presentation of gardens and could affect pool usage, so we do ask you to be understanding of these exceptional circumstances.
