BOOKING CONDITIONS



Bookings made by our users through our website ("Website") are governed by the terms ("Terms") described below. The reservation of services ("Service") through sunproperty.es implies full and unreserved acceptance by the user of the following conditions. These Terms do not cover the booking of our services by third parties outside the Website.

Please read these Terms carefully before making a reservation on our Website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you will not be able to do so.



1. Possibility of modification of these conditions and the commercial offer


SUN PROPERTY LOS CRISTIANOS S.L. may modify at any time the conditions or offers published on its website (prices, products, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions). But the modifications will not affect under any circumstances the bookings already made by our users.



2. How can I book on the web?


The reservation of our services by the user is made and perfected through the follow-up to the booking procedure described in this section. By booking  our services, you agree that communications with SUN PROPERTY LOS CRISTIANOS S.L. are mainly by electronic means.

To proceed to make a reservation on our website you only have to follow the following steps:

1. In order to make the reservation, the user as a first step must select the date, the apartment or villa,people,possible extras and the discount coupon in case of having it.

2. The next step is to      fill out a form with the personal details of the user making the reservation, including credit card details.

3. To close the reservation with SUN PROPERTY LOS CRISTIANOS S.L. you have to accept the booking conditions, the legal notice, the privacy policy and our cookie policy.

4. The reservation will be perfected when the user receives his/her confirmation that will reflect in detail the services that the user has booked. This confirmation must be delivered upon arrival to the  property.



3. Price of services.


The price indicated at all times next to our services includes added taxes. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and if any user has made a purchase decision based on that error, we will notify you of this incident immediately and the user will have the right to cancel your reservation without any cost on your part.



4.Concepts included in the price


The price includes the exclusive use of the villaor apartment furnished and equipped and its intalaciones. The consumption of water, gas andelectrical energy are included inthe prices, as well as the use of all the equipment of the villas or  to partamentos (sheets, towels, utensils, appliances, et.). Regardless of the cleaning regime established by effect on each property, Sun Property offers its customers the possibility to include other options, adapting the rental price to the frequency of the cleaning service chosen



5. Payments


At the time of booking and for the confirmation of the same,the user must provide the details of his credit card that will serve as a guarantee of the reservation. Your reservation will be fully guaranteed upon receipt of confirmation by email.

The reception of any amount in our bank account does not in itself entail the formalization of a reservation. A booking is considered confirmed from the moment the customer receives the confirmation voucher issued by Sun Property. The amount requested as a reserve deposit varies depending on the conditions established by the owners of each property, and the remainder pending payment must be made effective before the delivery of keys, in the form determined in the specific conditions of each house or villa.

In some situations the customer may want to change some data  (e.g. name changes, dates). Anychanges to your reservation must be communicated in writing to  Sun Property as soon as possible.



5.1 Security Bond


Se establishes a security deposit that must be deposited before entry into the villa or apartment and will be intended to cover damage, breakage or  any damage to the villa/apartment or its facilities that does not proceed from the normal use and wear and tear of the property. Bail is usually deposited by lockout in ttoa creditcard (visa or mastercard) or cash before the delivery of the keys to the property, and if no damages have been observed it will be unlocked shortly after departure.



5.2 Number of occupants


The total number of people occupying the rented property must not exceed the number of places established in the conditions of each reservation. In general, the property or owners of the villa or apartment reserve the right to revoke the reservation at their discretion in the event that this section was not respected, or deduct from the security deposit the amount that the property could claim in this concep To.



5.3. Access to the property


Sun Property staff, owners or owners, must have access to the villa or apartment on reasonable time and time to perform as many maintenance work as may be necessary, as well as in the event of a failure at any of the facilities or Services



6. Cancellation


Sun Property, acting as a mediator,shall in each case apply thecancellation policy imposed by each owner. However, in case of cancellation, Sun Property will negotiate in your favor with the property of the villa or apartmentin order to obtain the best possible condition, in accordance with our customerservicepolicy.



7. Valuables


Valuable items that customers may deposit on the property will be under the responsibility ofthe customer, and the property will not be responsible for their lossor breakage. In properties for rent in touristic areathere is always a certain risk of theft. In case of theft or attempt, the customer must notify Sun Property immediately. Sun Property is not responsible for any losses arising from theft stakes on the property.



8. Travel Insurance


We recommend that you make sure you have a good travel insurance policy that adequately covers incidents such as: medical visits, loss of luggage, etc.



9. Passports and Visas


All users, without exception (including children), must carry their corresponding personal and family documentation, whether passport or ID, according to the laws of the country or countries visited. It will be on their behalf when travel so requires obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. If it is rejected by any Authority to grant visas, for particular reasons of the user, or being denied entry into the country for lacking the requirements that are required, or by default in the required documentation, or because he is not the bearer of the same, the provider of the accommodation declines all responsibility for such events, being on behalf of the consumer any expenses that arise, applying in these circumstances the conditions and rules established for the cases of voluntary withdrawal of Services. All users, and in particular non-EU users, are also reminded that they must ensure, before starting their journey, to have all the applicable visa rules and requirements fulfilled in order to be able to enter seamlessly in all the countries to be visited. Minors under 18 years of age must carry a written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it may be requested by any authority.

13. Applicable law and competent courts


Contracts for the purchase of Products through our Website and disputes or claims arising out of them or relating to their subject matter or conclusion (including litigation or non-contractual claims) shall be governed by Spanish law.

The user renounces his jurisdiction and expressly submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
