The apartment is split level. From the front door you walk into the living/ dining area which opens to a beautiful
terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful Marbella views.There is a second terrace off the Master bedroom with
spectacular mountain views and a third terrace off the second bedroom on the top floor which is a little oasis of
tranquility.
The kitchen and master bedroom are on the lower floor.The bedroom has a Juliette balcony and en-suite
bathroom.
There is an open staircase leading up to the bedroom with twin beds which also has an en-suite bathroom.
The apartment is fully equipped for a self-catering stay, has a very reliable internet service which also includes a
varierty of TV channels.
It is on the top floor of a five storey building. The complex has underground parking, included in the rental as well
as three fantastic swimming pools which have just been changed to salt water, have a water feature for each
pool and are lit up at night, giving a really fabulous view in the evenings!

It is a short taxi ride to Puerto Banus on the water front making exploring the area stress-free and easy.
For check-in after 10.30pm there is a supplement of 20 euros to pay on arrival. Please do not leave the key in
the door, if we need to call a locksmith to open you will be responsible for the callout fee.
