communal garden, large terrace that overlooks the garden and pool area, a few steps from the beach and close to
all amenities.
Furnished with a modern scandi style to make your stay is very comfortable, it is located in one of the most sought
after areas of La Cala and 33 km from Malaga airport.
From the front door there is access to the dining and living area, the terrace overlooking the garden and pool area
and these open onto the street that connects to the beach. The kitchen is open plan, with everything you need for a
self-catering stay. Down the hall, you will find the master bedroom with en-suite shower room. To the right of the
kitchen are bedrooms 3 and the and the second shower room which also has the washing machine. Bedroom 2 is
by the living room.
This is a really great property that features air-conditioning in all rooms, variety of beds to allow for the maximum
combination of sleeping options, good sized living room with sofas, TV and wi-fi.
Bedroom one has a double bed.
Bedroom two has a single bed.
Bedroom three has bunk beds plus a single bed.
The apartment sleeps up to 6 guests.
Please note that Siesta Beach has a strict siesta policy! Please ensure quiet times between 3-5pm are kept.

This apartment is strictly no smoking.
Please note that by Decree for water-saving measures from December 2023, pools are currently not permitted to be topped up and gardens cannot be watered. This clearly will affect presentation of gardens and could affect pool usage, so we do ask you to be understanding of these exceptional circumstances.
