On the 2nd floor of the very popular Esmeralda building at the entrance of La Cala de Mijas, just a few metres from the
beach, kite surfers and dive centre, it is super centrally located, yet quiet, in a gated complex with pool, parking area (for
approx 20 cars) and Italian restaurant with shop on site.
Set up to accommodate 3 people comfortably, the terrace has been enclosed to make a dining or working area with
views across the sea and the garden of the urbanisation.
Fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay:

There is a communal swimming pool with several sun loungers.
There is also a communal space for hanging out washing and a built in barbecue.
The complex has free parking all around and is within walking distance to shops, the beach and the M-220 bus line to
Malaga or Fuengirola. The bus stop is just down the road from the complex.
There is space for about 20 cars in the car park behind the building.
Malaga airport is 25 km away.
We have an excellent taxi service that will pick you up and take you directly to the apartament (please ask for details),
there are also very good bus connections.
We also collaborate with local car hire companies who offer very competitive prices.
You can book your golf clubs, have them delivered to the flat and when you leave, your team will collect them and
return them to the depot, so that you have everything organised and can enjoy every minute of your stay with

In the surrounding area you will find small shops and many restaurants. La Cala de Mijas is half an hour's walk away,
with a street market on Saturdays and Wednesdays, or less than 5 minutes by car.
Please note that smoking is not allowed in this flat.
For check-in after 22:30 there is an additional charge of 20 euros payable on arrival, after 00.00 are 30€.
On leaving the complex on the right you have 4 minutes walk to restaurants such as Sheriff's, Masala, Streets of
London, bars and beach bars (Wazza is exceptionally good!) and Franco's is just next door with excellent service.the
beach is across the road so you have everything you need for a wonderful stay, enjoy!
Please do not leave the key in the door lock as we may have to call the locksmith and you would be responsible for
payment.
Please note that by Decree for water-saving measures from December 2023, pools are currently not permitted to be topped up and gardens cannot be watered. This clearly will affect presentation of gardens and could affect pool usage, so we do ask you to be understanding of these exceptional circumstances.
