There is a separate kitchen with laundry area, a comfortable dining room and living room, which lead to the large terrace where you can enjoy dining al fresco, sitting under the shaded area or soaking up some sunshine on the loungers all in toal privacy.

Riviera and La Cala de Mijas have a great range of amenities, including excellent restaurants, bars and eateries as well as shops for refreshments.
The property is at the top end of Riviera/ La Cala, so by car you will be in La Cala in about 6 minutes and you can be in the commercial centre of La Cañada in Marbella in 20 minutes.
In La Calayou have a huge selection of places to eat and drink as well as Mercadona, Carrefour, Aldi and Lidl supermarkets. There is an international minimarket in town as well as market each Wednesday and Saturday too.

Please note that by Decree for water-saving measures from December 2023, pools are currently not permitted to be topped up and gardens cannot be watered.
