It is a studio flat with a double bed and a sofa bed. It has a dining area, smart TV, well equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.
There are large gardens overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and from the picnic area at the back of the building you can enjoy the afternoon sun for relaxing afternoons.
The communal swimming pools are spacious and one of them is next to the coastal path leading to the beach.
Prepared for self-catering, the kitchen has:
- oven
- fridge
- freezer
- coffee machine
- toaster
- microwave oven
- and everything you need to cook to be at ease.
Wardrobe, hairdryer, air conditioning, iron and washing machine are many of the things included.
Towels and bed linen are included.
Situated in the Calahonda area and very close to La Cala de Mijas where you will find a real choice of amenities including international supermarket, Mercadona, shops and places to visit. And of course a variety of excellent restaurants and beach bars.
The apartment is about 12-15 minutes walk to Max Beach, and there are bus stops to Fuengirola or Marbella on the M-220 route.

IMPORTANT UPDATE MARCH 2024: due to the drought restrictions, the pools were emptied for repairs and cannot be refilled. As a result, there is no pool until rain/ further notice, we are so sorry.
