The building has a lift to all levels and there is an underground parking space.
From the hallway there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the left, with kitchen on the right and through to a very spacious dining room and living room, which lead to the terrace where you can totally relax or if you are teleworking, be accompanied by beautiful views.
The main bedroom has double bed. Both bedrooms are separted by both bathrooms. Bedroom 2 has a pull down bed plus a fold up bed and also has a desk so it is ideal for teleworking or using the room for exercise as the furniture folds away neatly.
The kitchen is complete with:

- and everything you need to cook for a self-catering stay.

Riviera and Miraflores have a great range of amenities, including excellent restaurants, bars and eateries as well as shops for refreshments.
The property is at the top end of Riviera/ Miraflores, so by car you will be in La Cala in about 6 minutes and you can be in the commercial centre of La Cañada in Marbella in 20 minutes. We do recommend a car for this apartment.
