The private flat is located on the ground floor, overlooking the swimming pool and consists of a double bedroom with
twin beds, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a sofa bed and direct access to the terrace, where you can relax
and enjoy your meals in the open air, an open plan kitchen with all comforts including:

- iron and ironing board
- washing machine

Flexible arrival and departure times if possible (to be agreed in advance).

It is located 4 km from Siam Park and Siam Mall and only a 5-minute drive from the main beaches such as Playa de Las
Americas and Playa del Duque, with its lovely shops.
It is only 18 km from Tenerife South Airport.
Taxis are cheap and bus connections are excellent.
Free parking, small shops and restaurants are available in the area.
We would like to inform you that, due to maintenance work, the small pool will be closed starting Monday, May 19th, for approximately ten days.
The large pool will remain open and available for use, so your stay will not be affected.
