The quiet and very nice apartment, recently renovated for up to 3
people.
The private apartment can be reached by elevator and at the entrance there is a small one
hallway with a table and chairs in front of a window. Immediately you enter the living room
with a sofa bed, air conditioning/ heating, a peninsula with chairs to enjoy meals, a 32 'TV
inch with satellite channels and a kitchenette with electric hob, oven, fridge
and all the necessary:

In the room on the side there is a double bed with its bedside tables, wardrobe and window.

There is an extra charge for check-in after 10.30 pm of 20 euros to be paid at the arrival.
For lost keys there is an extra 30 euros for a lock change.
The complex is 900 meters from Aqualand and 2 km from Siam Park and Siam Mall.
Just 19 km from Tenerife South airport
The complex has a swimming pool, bar, billiards and is only 5 minutes drive from the main
beaches like Playa de Las Americas and Playa del Duque and its charming shops.
WI-FI access is available at reception and in the apartment free of charge.
Taxis are cheap and there are excellent bus connections.

Free parking available in the area.
In the area there are small shops and restaurants.
Available for any advice or need.
For those who do not like walking, the complex is located in a hilly area so it is
preferable move with a car or public transport or taxi.
In this complex apartment A and B share the pool key via a key box on the wall. When you use the key to open the pool gate, please return the key to the safe box before entering the pool area. Thank you.
