The holiday home is bright, quiet with stunning sea views from the furnished terrace, recently renovated for up to 4
persons in a nice and tidy complex with heated swimming pool.

necessary and everything you need:

There is an extra charge for check in after 10.30 p.m. of 20 euros payable on arrival.
In case of loss of keys there is an extra charge of 100 euros for lock change.
The complex is 300 metres from Aqualand and 2 km from Siam Park and Siam Mall.
Only 19 km from Tenerife South Airport
The complex is only a 5 minute drive from the main beaches such as Playa de Las Americas and Playa del Duque
and their shops
This flat is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, there are many stairs in the complex and there is no lift.
Wi-Fi is available in the flat free of charge.
Taxis are cheap and there are excellent bus connections.
Free parking is available in the area.
In the area there are small shops and restaurants.
For those who do not like walking it is recommended to rent a car.
